Baringo School Yet To Sit For National Exams For 43 Years

Imagine a school that has been in existence for 43 years but it is still waiting for its first national examination candidate! The Nakoko primary school in East Pokot, Baringo County was started in 1970 but to date, none of its pupils has sat for a national test because the boys always drop out to pursue cattle rustling while the girls are married off. But as Judy Kosgei reports, the only two teachers in the entire school have not given up on breaking the jinx.
